Neil Tyler Kush

Neil Tyler Kush is an Associate Attorney at Owenby Law, P.A. Although he has experience handling and leading cases related to personal injury claims, criminal defense, probate, and family law, he focuses on family law and divorce today. He was convinced a legal career was his future when he interned for a family law judge while in college.

Neil graduated from Seton Hill University before completing his J.D. at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

When working on a case, Attorney Kush knows that honesty is the best policy. He is communicative and transparent with his clients, so they always know what is going on and why. Most people who are in a family law conflict need someone they can trust, and with his honest, open approach, it is easy to trust Neil. He has worked on many cases for many great clients, but in one standout case, he helped his elderly client divorce an abusive husband, which she later said made her feel free again. Such important outcomes are what drives Attorney Kush to keep doing his best, case after case.

Growing up in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, Neil was a volunteer firefighter at just 14 years of age. This volunteer work was the start of his passion for helping others in his community. While working on his undergraduate degree, he often volunteered to help organize student events and with programs that benefited elementary school children. In his spare time, Neil likes to go to the movies, play board games, hang out with his dogs, play online games, cook new recipes, and travel to new places.
