About
Attorney Stephanie Garcia-Baker gained well-rounded legal experience before joining the team at Owenby Law, P.A. From her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice to her paralegal studies to her J.D., Stephanie has long shown her commitment to serving the cause of justice. During her education, Stephanie also completed internships as a guardian ad litem in Duval county and with Jacksonville Legal Aid and the Nassau County Police Department. She volunteered her services as a clinical student representative while in law school, assisting with divorces, adoption and guardianship cases, and immigration proceedings for asylum, citizenship, and removal.
Stephanie is pleased to now be working full-time as a family law attorney so she can help families and children through difficult transitions in their lives. Whether you need process explanations, prompt paperwork assistance, or confident representation, Stephanie is ready to help. She is also a licensed Notary Public in the state of Florida.
