About
Backed by more than a decade of legal experience, Attorney Tawny Rountree brings ample experience, knowledge, and skills to the legal team at Owenby Law, P.A. While she is skilled in various areas of law, she has spent the majority of her practice handling cases related to family law, including those involving the dissolution of marriage, paternity, child support, contempt, enforcement, modification, and domestic violence injunction actions.
In every case, Attorney Rountree works diligently to handle cases in the most productive way possible. As a result, she has provided representation for clients at a countless number of mediations. Over the years, she has also participated in all levels of legal processes, including final trials and temporary hearings before Magistrates and Circuit Court judges.
Before joining the firm, Attorney Rountree worked for another Florida law firm where she practiced family law exclusively. Prior to that, she worked as a contract attorney for the collection of child support for the State of Georgia, the Department of Revenue, and the Child Support Enforcement.
